In the heart of Mumbai’s Nariman Point, designed for a father and son, this office intervention navigates the constraints of a compact footprint through a dialogue of materiality and light. Sweeping architectural lines guide the eye toward framed vistas of the Rajabhai Clock Tower and Mantralaya, anchoring the interior to its urban context. A palette of tactile lime plaster and light-oaked veneer softens the geometry, while expansive glass partitions dissolve visual boundaries, distilling a sense of atmospheric depth within a prime business locale.
